well today I stumbled upon a 12 winged angelic dragon thanks in part to Bugcthulhus blog again. its described in the book of Enoch as follows- "AND I looked and saw other flying elements of the sun, whose names are Phoenixes and Chalkydri, marvellous and wonderful, with feet and tails in the form of a lion, and a crocodile's head, their appearance is empurpled, like the rainbow; their size is nine hundred measures, their wings are like those of angels, each has twelve, and they attend and accompany the sun, bearing heat and dew, as it is ordered them from God. 2 Thus the sun revolves and goes, and rises under the heaven, and its course goes under the earth with the light of its rays incessantly." bugcthulhu.tumblr.com/post/171285134411/chalkydriwww.sacred-texts.com/bib/fbe/fbe119.htm

Yep! I already had the Chalkydri in Lore & Order, but they're a fairly recent addition. I found the name while searching for Pathfinder angel monsters, and then I double-checked the name in a dictionary of angelology, and I found the awesome 12-winged angelic dragons! They're certainly my favourite class of angels! I also found a perfect picture for them as well. I found it here!

Angelic dragons are fantastic and having an actual mythological one is the best. I have also heard that the Novel version of The Iron Giant had a batlike angel dragon in it

Yeah, also there's a reference to the Seraphim as being angelic dragons. I have a Seraph variant named 'Saraph' in L&O as the dragon seraph, which probably isn't 100% mythologically accurate but it's the best I could do before I found the Chalkydri. The dragon seraphim is from here: yog-blogsoth.blogspot.com/2013/07/seraphim.html
