Please move this if it's in the wrong place. Undead seemed to fit the bill, but anyway...I found this book on Slavic Vampires and it has some pretty unsual ones at that. Among them are squash vampires (yes, a literal squash) and vampires that arise from farm tools. It reminds me very much of Japanese yokai that come from inanimate objects. I think this is the only source of such things so it's up to you whether you believe it or not. Vampires of the Slavs

Huh, wow that's a hefty tome. I think I'm gonna go with believing that's probably legitimate folklore, but just from flicking through I can't see if the tsukumogami-like vampires in question actually have specific names. Folklore surrounding inanimate objects that spring to life as vampires can actually also be found in Wales, if this report is to be believed.
