I was very disappointed. The Egyptian bestiary is very small of creatures that are not an animal-headed god. Either they are nameless and formless vague demonic beings or they are a chimerical beast with no back story. I wanted to make reference in the Egypt in my project without being the cursed mummy or gods with animal heads. As know the people here do a lot of research,I want to know if you found any creatures that represented Egypt.
Note:I already know Ammit,Abu-Ragl-So Maloka,Benu bird,El Nadaha, the various griffins and the Set animal, along with apophis.
Note:If I don't find anything,should I create my own Egyptian monsters?

Unfortunately, there really aren't all that many beyond that which I can think of either. Some of the demons (Shezmu, Tutu, Babi, Maga, etc.) might be viable, as they are unique entities but quite a bit lower in rank, and less revered, then the gods themselves. A lot of those beings are cited as gods online, though, even if it's not necessarily accurate, so I understand the confusion. Some of the entities encountered during Ra's travels through the Duat are definitely monsters and not gods as well. And modern Egyptian folklore has even less with available info, you referenced both of the ones I'm familiar with already. Region-specific creatures for anywhere in the non-ancient Middle East are extremely difficult to track down, tbh.

agreed I wish there was a few more to select from, but hey pool them together with other African countries myths and you get some pretty drastic variety of creatures within the continent.
Theres probably some fun to be had with cursed mummies they could probably be given a few new varieties of curses
